Vinyl & Graphic Sign Installer - Experienced

Well-established Las Vegas area sign company with over 25 years of experience serving the Western US area is currently seeking an Experienced Sign Installer. The Experienced Sign Installer position is responsible for the hands-on installation of non-electrical signage to include fabric and vinyl banners, and grand format digital print graphics on windows, walls and vehicles both in-house and at customer locations throughout the Las Vegas and surrounding areas.
Job Responsibilities
- Installs non-electrical signs to include banners, wide format digital print graphics on windows, walls and vehicles.
- Assemble aluminum extrusion frames & walls.
- Installs wall mounted and hanging sign panels.
- Installs interior and exterior dimensional graphics and letters.
- Installs signs using ladders and scaffold up to 20’ above grade.
- Assists other functions of production and installation departments to include finishing, laminating, etc. while maintaining quality standards.
- Reviews installation work orders prior to install date.
- Drives company vehicles in a safe manner.
- Installs signs independently and as part of team to include vehicle graphics, window and wall graphics.
- Proofs finished signs to ensure completeness and quality standards are maintained.
- Works in various conditions such as rain, heat or cold. Works non-standard and/or overtime hours to include occasional weekends.
- Demonstrates ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Able to install non-electrical signs and vinyl graphics on windows, walls and vehicles.
- Advanced skill in application and installation of wide format vinyl prints on windows, walls and vehicles.
- Advanced skill in application of cut vinyl to various substrates.
- Able to install wall mounted and hanging sign panels.
- Able to install interior and exterior dimensional graphics and letters.
- Able to operate light hand tools, drills and saws.
- Able to work effectively both independently and with others in a cooperative, enthusiastic, friendly manner to accomplish position functions and participate in team efforts.
- Able to adhere and apply clearly defined policies and/or procedures, solve problems when clear choices exist, consult with supervisor when questions arise.
- Able to safely lift, move or carry objects weighing 50 lbs without assistance of others.
This position requires a valid and clean drivers’ license as you will drive a company vehicle during work hours. Tools and supplies provided.
Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
Salary negotiable based on experience.
