We value strong communication, accountability, and teamwork. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from proposal development through successful execution.

Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects while maintaining scope, budget, schedule, and quality. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage customer expectations while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project proposals, including detailed cost estimates

• Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules using Microsoft Project

• Develop, track, and control project budgets

• Execute projects to ensure compliance with scope, budget, and schedule

• Review all project deliverables for quality and accuracy

• Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, team members, and management

• Chair, lead, and drive project meetings independently

• Maintain project open-issue logs, scope change logs, and meeting minutes

• Communicate scope changes and project status to customers on a regular basis

• Coordinate with Accounts Payable to support accurate and timely invoicing

• Supervise and coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior Project Management experience required

• Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Strong ability to manage customer expectations and maintain professional relationships

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Creative problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

• Ability to identify potential issues, address them proactively, and document solutions

• Understanding of manufacturing and installation processes

• Organized, proactive, and self-directed management style

• Ability to mentor and support junior engineers

• Ability to independently lead and manage project meetings

Travel Requirements

• Ability to travel for up to 2 weeks at a time

• Willingness and ability for longer-term travel (6-18 months) is a plus
