The Product Designer is integral to developing the inaugural home collection for NICOLEHOLLIS by establishing the scope of the consumer-facing product line, designing new products to meet the needs of a demanding customer and being true to the NICOLEHOLLIS brand. This role is located in San Francisco and is WFO 4 days a week, with 1 day optional WFH.

Key Responsibilities
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and customer preferences;
- Create innovative and beautiful luxury product (accessories, smalls, decor, soft goods, furniture) that align with our brand;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design objectives and requirements;
- Develop sketches and detailed technical drawings;
- Collaborate with makers/artists/manufacturers to ensure accurate production of designs;
- Conduct product testing and quality assurance to ensure compliance with standards;
- Participate in design reviews and provide timely feedback;
- Ensure completion of product development process from concept to launch.
- Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role; strong portfolio showcasing previous - design work
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design or relevant field
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and quality control
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail, high energy, collaborative, ability to take initiative
- Great taste level and presentation skills
