What You'll Do
- Lead the whole design process from concept to production, with a balance of function, form, and manufacturability.
- Design intuitive, ergonomic, and visually appealing products that align with our brand ethos.
- Create 3D CAD models, renderings, and prototypes to test and communicate ideas.
- Select materials and finishes that are durable and cost-effective.
- Stay ahead of market trends and apply customer research insights to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, quality, manufacturing, leadership, etc.) to align on product vision and execution.
- 8 years of industrial design experience with consumer products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field.
- Expert-level skills in SolidWorks, Keyshot, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Deep understanding of injection molding, ergonomics, and DFM principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including experience working directly with executives and factories.
- Highly detail-oriented and proactive problem solver.
- Annual performance-based bonus
