We're a design dealer and showroom looking for a sharp, personable Office & Operations Coordinator to be the backbone of our day-to-day. This role sits at the intersection of client service, product coordination, and studio operations — you'll be the person who keeps projects moving, clients happy, and the showroom running beautifully. An eye for design and familiarity with the design or interiors industry is a real advantage here.
Responsibilities
- [Be the welcoming first point of contact for clients and trade professionals — by phone, email, and in the showroom
- Prepare and process product quotations accurately and promptly
- Coordinate product logistics including order tracking, lead times, vendor communication, and delivery coordination
- Maintain organized records for orders, quotes, client files, and correspondence
- Support designers and other staff with day-to-day administrative and project needs
- Help maintain an organized, professional showroom environment
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in an office, operations, or client-facing administrative role
- Background or genuine interest in interior design, architecture, or a related design field is strongly preferred
- Polished communicator — comfortable with clients, vendors, and trade professionals
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, email, and general business software; experience with design industry tools (e.g. Studio Designer, Ivy, or similar) is a plus
- Self-motivated and proactive — someone who sees what needs doing and does it
