Position Summary
This position serves as a customer-friendly first point of contact at our administrative offices. Coordinates day to day functions within the site to ensure operations run smoothly. This position also provides support to our Administrative and Development Team functions of the agency in overall general administrative support and clerical duties for these teams.
Essential Functions
Provide excellent customer service to staff, customers, and visitors who enter the administrative offices; Act as our liaison with the Sedamsville Community and partners; Oversee maintenance and upkeep of Sedamsville facility to ensure building stays safe, clean and in good repair; Receive and sort/distribute daily incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries; Update and distribution of agency internal contact/phone list; provide clerical assistance to Human Resources as needed; Coordination of agency vendor agreements for facility and equipment services; Coordination of agency owned vehicle needs; Coordination of agency wide office supply contracts and ordering; Maintain AP vendor files in a compliant manner; maintain agency agreement & contract files in a compliant manner; Assist finance with other clerical duties as needed; Assist President & CEO with clerical duties related to the Board of Directors; Assist with development mailing projects; Assist with agency logo merchandise coordination and distribution; Coordinate use of the agency display materials; Provide back office support for agency special events as needed; Act as backup for incoming funds duties to Development Coordinator; Satisfactorily complete any other special assignments as requested by supervisor.

Knowledge of and ability to operate standard office equipment. Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects.
Ability to work with a team and independently with very little oversight. A strong sense of and respect for confidentiality involving volunteers, donors, clients, and fellow employees.

Education and Minimum Qualifications
Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 2 years of relevant office experience required. .
