Position ObjectiveThe Sales Advisor at Design It Studio Miami plays a key role in generating sales for the showroom and studio projects by providing high-quality service to both local and international clients. The main responsibility is to sell, prospect new clients, and follow up on commercial opportunities while ensuring a professional experience aligned with the brand’s standards.
This position focuses exclusively on commercial and customer service activities, without leadership responsibilities, results analysis, or administrative management.
Main Responsibilities1. Direct Sales and Customer Service- Assist clients at the Design It Studio Miami showroom.
- Provide personalized guidance on the studio’s products, collections, and services.
- Identify client needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations and follow up until the sale is closed.
- Maintain clear, professional, and consistent communication with clients.
- Ensure a purchasing experience aligned with the brand’s premium standards.
- Consistently prospect new clients.
- Generate contacts through the showroom, visits, calls, emails, and social media.
- Maintain and update a personal database of clients and prospects.
- Follow up periodically with prospects to convert them into sales.
- Reactivate previous clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Execute prospecting strategies such as Box Lunch programs or other initiatives as defined.
- Track the status of sold orders.
- Keep clients informed about progress, deliveries, and installations.
- Coordinate with the corresponding areas regarding any adjustments or issues.
- Ensure final customer satisfaction once the sale is completed.
- Support the maintenance of an attractive showroom presentation.
- Keep physical samples and displayed products updated.
- Assist with showroom refreshes when required.
- Maintain a professional personal appearance and image when interacting with clients.
- Register orders and basic follow-ups on the Monday platform.
- Keep client information updated.
- Respond to client inquiries coming from the website and social media.
- Use digital tools to support the sales process.
- Previous experience in sales and customer service.
- Experience in interior design, design, architecture, furniture, or related brands is desirable.
- Experience working with mid- to high-ticket clients.
- Excellent customer service skills.
