TOTEME is a fashion house rooted in Swedish sensibilities, modern aspirations and the notion of style. With an appreciation for women’s many roles and how pieces are worn in practice, we create emblematic designs with an emphasis on materiality and shape. Representing a direct and decisive way of dressing, the collections are contextualized in curated edits, visuals and spaces.

TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.

The Role

TOTEME is looking for full-time Sales Advisors to join our new store in Miami. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional service, building lasting customer relationships, and driving business across all areas, from sales to brand building. You will report to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive loyalty, engagement, and an elevated shopping experience.
• Support daily operations and achieve sales targets by working both independently and collaboratively.
• Contribute to merchandising and styling efforts to maintain a visually compelling and brand-aligned store environment.
• Plan and execute daily store operations.
• Uphold and work towards TOTEME’s company standards, objectives, and performance goals.
• Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.

Your Profile

• Previous experience in a similar role within high-end retail or with a strong lifestyle brand.
• Confident in delivering outstanding customer service and building strong client relationships.
• Interest in fashion, styling, and storytelling with an understanding of luxury service.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's new Miami store in Bal Harbour starting from June 2026.

The hourly salary for this role ranges between $22-26/hour USD before tax and will be set according to the applicant’s profile, skills and previous experience.

TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, New York, and Shanghai, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia.
