Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Deploy and support productivity hardware, software, peripherals, services in accordance with company policies, industry standards and operational requirements

* Provide help desk support for customers

* Create and maintain detailed system and end-user documentation

* Maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and technologies including but not limited to DHCP, DNS, VPN, Routing

* Maintain and enforce group and role-based user access

* ON-call Rotation

Basic Qualifications:

* Associate's degree in an Information Technology related field

* Strong technical skill in the areas of Network Administration, Information Systems, Physical Security, OS configuration, configuration management, and system troubleshooting

* Experience in translating business communication and requirements into technical requirements

* Excellent interpersonal and written skills

* 2 years' experience in the IT/IS field

* Demonstrated success with problem solving, innovative thinking, project/time management, collaboration, reliability, professionalism, and producing quality work under demanding circumstances

* MCP, CCNA desired
