About The Role
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support the planning and execution of hospitality construction and renovation projects. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of experience who are looking to grow their career in project management within the hospitality industry.
You will work closely with project managers, vendors, and internal teams to help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in coordinating hospitality construction and renovation projects
- Track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Support procurement and material coordination as needed
- Communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and logs
- Help monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays
- Attend project meetings and provide updates as required
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in construction, project coordination, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of construction processes and project workflows
- Hospitality or hotel renovation experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
