Law Office is looking for an experienced Immigration Associate Attorney. Salary plus bonuses.

Responsibilities include Immigration court motion drafting and appearances, as well as USCIS Interview representation.

Practice areas are Asylums, SIJ and Deportation Defense, as well as ICE Bond Hearings.

Requirements:
- Bar Admission, preferably in NJ or NY
- Immigration Law Experience as a paralegal or an attorney is required
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service

Position is in-office, not remote

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Ability to Commute:

  • East Rutherford, NJ 07073 (Required)
