Overview:
Desert Villa MHP, located in the city of Barstow, CA, is looking for a reliable community manager to handle the daily responsibilities of the Park. The community includes a shared pool, clubhouse and laundry facility.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the Mobile home Park under the direction of the Property Manager to ensure a safe, well-maintained, and high-quality living environment for residents. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Collect rent in a timely manner and manage all income-related matters.
- Ensure monthly expenses remain within the approved budget.
- Maintain the appearance and physical condition of the property and its assets at all times.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities to ensure tasks are being completed in the park.
- Communicate property-related issues promptly to the Property Manager and Assistant.
- Promote positive relationships with residents, prospects and vendors.
- Enforce community rules and regulations consistently and professionally.
- Build and manage a professional, motivated team through effective personnel management.
- Properly serve all rule violation notices and require legal notices.
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
