Desert Rose Cleaning Services LLC is seeking reliable, professional subcontract cleaners. We service vacation rentals (Airbnb/STRs), personal homes, deep cleans, post-construction, and occasional commercial spaces. You don’t need to do every type—pick what fits your skills. This role is primarily independent work, with the ability to assist the team on larger projects when needed. What the Job Involves:
- Vacation rental turnovers: full reset, staging, restocking, linen handling
- Residential: standard upkeep and occasional deep cleans
- Deep cleans: detailed top-to-bottom (walls/baseboards/appliances, etc.)
- Post-construction: dust removal, polish/shine, final detail
- Commercial (optional): light office/small business cleaning
Responsibilities:
- Complete jobs independently following provided checklists
- Maintain high standards and strong attention to detail
- Upload after-photos for quality control
- Communicate quickly and professionally
- Be dependable — no call-outs
- Weekend availability (busiest times) and typical 11 AM–4 PM windows
- Occasionally assist with last-minute bookings when needed
- Jump in with the team on larger deep cleans/specialty jobs
Requirements:
- Professional, reliable, detail-oriented
- Reliable transportation and a working phone
- Fast, clear communication; willing to learn our standards
- Long-term mindset; consistent availability
- Airbnb/STR experience is a plus
- Valid Driver’s License
Compensation:Competitive subcontractor rates based on property size, scope, and job type. Details provided during onboarding.
