Residential Cleaning Subcontractor
High Desert, CA (Apple Valley, Victorville, Hesperia)
BrightWorks LLC is seeking reliable, detail-oriented independent residential cleaning subcontractors to service homes across the High Desert.
We are a coordination-based cleaning company that connects homeowners with professional cleaning teams.
Responsibilities
- Perform standard & deep residential cleanings
- Bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas
- Dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing
- Follow job checklist provided
- Upload before & after photos
- Maintain professional communication
Requirements
- Must be an independent contractor (not an employee position)
- 1 year residential cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Own cleaning supplies & equipment
- Smartphone for job communication & photo uploads
- Professional attitude & punctuality
- General liability insurance preferred (required as we scale)
Compensation
- Paid per job (flat-rate)
- Weekly payouts (via ACH or approved method)
- Rates discussed prior to accepting each assignment
