Desert Ready Mix is an established ready mix and aggregate supplier in Arizona looking to add an A/R Assistant to our team. This position reports directly to the Regional Credit Manager and may assist other departments as needed. We offer competitive wages and benefits.

Job Responsibilities
- Post daily checks, ACH and credit card deposits.
- Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies.
- Assist in monitoring and collecting overdue accounts.
- Sort and file all A/R documents as received.
- Prepare incoming credit applications for Regional Credit Manager's review.
- Set up new credit accounts.
- Maintain customer accounts ensuring accurate and up to date information.
- Review project payment balance prior to lien waiver signature.
- Provide timely and courteous service to customers.
- Other duties and projects assigned as needed.
Qualifications
- 3 years of A/R experience within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of AZ lien laws and Payment/Performance bonds.
- Preparing Twenty Day Preliminary Notices.
- Understanding of the 4 basic types of lien waivers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Knowledge of Command Alkon, Dynamics 365 BC and OnBase a plus (not required).
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
