Job Summary
We are looking for caring, reliable individuals to join our growing team as non-medical caregivers. If you enjoy helping others and want meaningful, rewarding work, we would love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with ADLs: bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility
- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry
- Medication reminders (non-administration)
- Monitor client safety and report any changes
- Complete visit documentation accurately
- Follow all DRCS policies, training, and emergency procedures
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (or willing to obtain)
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
- TB test per AZ/CDC guidelines
- Reliable transportation
- Experience preferred but not required —paid training provided
