Job Summary
Alarys Home Health is urgently seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides, Caregivers, and Direct Care Workers in the ENITRE Phoenix Valley to join our team to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. We have availability in both the EAST VALLEY and WEST VALLEY! We offer work with 1-on-1's in-home (**NOW PAYING UP TO $18/HR**) and facilities (i.e. assisted living and memory care. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being while promoting independence. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality care to seniors and individuals with varying health needs (Article 9 is a PLUS!).
Duties
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.
- Help children, teenager, and adults learn to live more independently.
- Help clients with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Monitor client health by observing changes in condition and reporting any concerns to the supervising nurse or healthcare provider.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in client status.
- Collaborate with clients and families for the best of care opportunities.

Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid (NO ONLINE CERTIFICATIONS)
- Negative TB test within the year
- A Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card for Arizona
- 3 Professional References
- 2 Forms of ID (I-9 Compliant)
- Ability to build rapport with your clients
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High School Diploma or GED
*Our pay is based off of the reimbursement rates of each contract
*FULL-TIME, PART-TIME, AND SUPPLEMENTAL HOURS AVAILABLE
