Desert Mountain Health is seeking to add a part time Group Facilitator/Case Manager to our team! Our mission is to offer our clients an upscale, safe and structured environment while providing them with support, respect, inspiration and a sense of belonging.
Schedule -Saturday and Sunday 8 am - 6pm
Starting Pay - $22-$23/hr
Position Summary and Purpose
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions:
- Keep up to date and accurate progress/incident notes on patients
- Maintain highest level of ethical standards
- Utilize necessary forms to support requirements of specific programs
- Attend regular case staffing and reviews with clinical team
- Attend in-service, staffing, seminars and classes as required
- Provide thorough, accurate records for each patient
- Able to facilitate psycho-educational groups (3 hours per day)
- Must sign personnel agreement form and participate in any orientation and reviews of office procedure meetings
- Provide Executive Director with qualifications and recommendations pertinent to this position; to be maintained in personnel file
- May include supervisory responsibilities as directed by the Clinical Director

Qualifications for position:
- Behavioral Health Technician training or higher and/or Paraprofessional
- Must be knowledgeable of the following: Family of Origin issues, Alcohol/Drug Abuse issues and any other areas pertinent to the position applying for
- Must be open-minded, flexible, and willing to take direction
- Must work well in crisis setting and have knowledge of crisis intervention techniques
- Motor Vehicle Record report will be performed
- Meet all standard competencies put forth by Mountain Management Group
If pursuing associate or independent licensure, Desert Mountain Health may be able to provide supervision.
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
