Desert Harvest, the leaders in pelvic and sexual health products since 1993, has an opening for a dependable, honest, and detail-oriented person to fill a Service Excellence Representative position.
Job duties include computer data entry, answering phones, customer service, prepare orders for fulfillment, and any other clerical duties that might be needed. The best person for this job is empathetic, enjoys talking with people, and has a warm-sounding phone voice. The clients we work with are sometimes on the point of committing suicide, so must be able to handle stressful situations and provide the necessary guidance to our customers.
To be successful in the fulfillment portion of the job, the applicant must be a detail-oriented, quick learner who can think independently and is comfortable with computers (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Firefox/Internet Explorer, etc.).
