What You’ll Do:
- Assist the dentists in delivering high-quality patient care with a calm, confident, and professional demeanor.
- Assist with various dental procedures including Cerec Crowns, Root Canal Therapy, Fillings, Extractions, Ortho etc.
- Digital impressions and occlusal registrations.
- Maintain strict infection control protocols, including sterilization and room setup.
- Record patient treatment notes accurately and thoroughly in our dental software.
- Ensure each patient feels heard, respected, and comfortable throughout their visit.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Dental assisting experience or completion of (or current enrollment in) a dental assisting program.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- A genuine passion for patient care and helping others.
- Excellent communication skills — clear, compassionate, and confident.
- A desire to learn, grow, and continually improve.
- A strong interest in dentistry and whole-body health.
- Professional in both appearance and demeanor.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and open to feedback.

Work Schedule:
Full-time: Monday & Thursday 7:30 AM – 2:15 PM and Tuesday & Wednesday 7:30 AM – 5:15 PM.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 DOE.
- Bonuses: Potential to earn additional with office performance-based incentives.

- Paid time off 6–8 weeks annually.
