DMBA (Deseret Mutual Benefit Administrators) is a non-profit organization that administers benefits for companies who are owned or affiliated with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Membership Representative I to join our Missionary Medical Department as part of our Membership Team. This full-time role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about supporting our mission and values while ensuring high-quality care for missionaries and members.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to administer missionary and mission president plans, including SSMP, CAMA, Young Missionary, and Mission President programs.
- Manage all aspects of enrollment, insurance, and HIPAA updates for assigned plans.
- Respond to incoming phone calls and resolve membership-related inquiries for each plan.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Strong attention to detail, quantitative skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated reliability in follow-through and accountability.
- Self-motivated with a commitment to excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare operations, including transactional processing, enrollment, medical management, customer service, COB policy, and plan design.
- General understanding of Medicare.
- Experience handling customer service phone calls.
