What You'll Do
- Manage the CEO's calendar, inbox, travel, and day-to-day logistics with efficiency and discretion.
- Prioritize and manage a high volume of requests, ensuring the CEO's time aligns with company goals.
- Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO and internal teams, external partners, and board members.
- Anticipate needs, flag priorities, and ensure follow-through on action items.
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agendas, briefing materials, and follow-ups.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Help maintain a positive, collaborative, and quirky team culture—even when things get busy.
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives (startup or tech experience a plus).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential matters.
- A proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and takes initiative.
