What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part- Time Beertender - Boneyard Tasting Room position at Deschutes Brewery?
The Boneyard Tasting Room team is currently searching for a part-time Beertender! The Tasting Room is open from 12pm - 7pm daily, and weekend availability is required.
Starting pay is $15.00-$16.00/hour depending on experience tip pool
What You'll be Doing:
- Welcoming beer fans to the Boneyard Tasting Room
- Serving draft beer and sample trays to guests in Tasting Room
- Curbside Pick-up, order management and delivery to waiting vehicles, including keg sales and OLCC paperwork
- Executing opening and closing duties of the Tasting Room, which may include cleaning draft towers, setting up stools and tables, restocking merchandise, or opening cash drawers

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude
- Valid OLCC Servers Permit
- Passion for craft beer, and enthusiasm to learn more
- Must have consistent weekend availability
- Previous experience in the service industry or other customer-facing role is preferred, but not required
