This role handles a moderate volume of around 20-50 visitors and calls daily, providing essential administrative support while maintaining smooth office coordination. Reporting to the Office Manager and HR Manager, the receptionist also interacts regularly with executive staff and utilizes tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, specialized reception software, and Google Workspace to facilitate daily tasks.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage their check-in process
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently
- Register visitors and maintain visitor logs
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail distribution
- Provide administrative support to office and executive staff
- Perform accurate data entry and record keeping
