DeSales University, in Center Valley, PA, is a private, coeducational, four-year liberal arts Salesian, Catholic university, under the leadership of the Oblates of Saint Francis de Sales. Position Summary:
The Office Coordinator is responsible for inventory control and the budget. S/he will also work closely with the Graduate Departments to set up course offerings, maintain enrollment and assure that all grades are entered in a timely basis. This position will deal with students/faculty/staff in a professional and courteous manner.
S/he is responsible for the successful administration for the Graduate programs in the Registrar’s Office: ensuring that Graduate course schedules are posted in a timely manner, registration proceeds efficiently each session, and graduation lists are coordinated with Graduate Offices prior to each degree conferral date.
The Office Coordinator is responsible for entering transfer credits, change of majors, adding minors, and assisting in the office as needed to meet our goals of providing excellent customer service.
