What You'll Do
- Greet every guest with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile making each arrival memorable.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy and exceptional service at every step.
- Communicate clearly and courteously with guests in person, over the phone, and through internal channels.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel operations, including room types, rates, amenities, and local attractions.
- Monitor room availability and assist management with occupancy, rate strategy, and yield management decisions.
- Uphold brand standards and participate in guest satisfaction programs with pride and attention to detail.
- Keep the front desk and lobby area organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
- Follow proper security, access control, and emergency procedures to ensure guest and team safety.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Step into "Manager on Duty" shifts as needed and help oversee front desk operations.
What You Bring
- A warm, service-oriented attitude and a passion for people
- 2–3 years of customer service or front desk experience preferred (hospitality a plus)
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business or hospitality preferred
- Computer literacy and comfort with property management systems (PMS)
- Flexibility to work AM, PM, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or high-pressure situations
- Multilingual skills are a plus
