Compensation Information
District 62 substitute teachers earn $165 per day if they hold an Illinois PEL and $155 per day if the hold a substitute license. Annual bonuses are given based on the number of days worked. This position does not include benefits.

- Completion of a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university. 2.Current valid Illinois Professional Educator License with appropriate endorsement. 3. Experience as a middle school teacher is preferred. 4.ESL endorsement is preferred.
