Job Title: Divot Filling Technician
Primary Purpose: This position is designed as a part time position with flexible hours.
Description:
- Focus on filling fairway divots on landing areas of fairways.
- Working with 2-6 other individuals.
- Shifts are flexible, but run from 6:00 am until 9:00 am
- Exceptions can be made based on individual needs
- Shifts are offered Monday through Friday
- Choose how many days you would like to work
- Our goal is to start before golfers are on the golf course and finish before we encounter golf.
- You will be provided with a utility vehicle full of sand, buckets, and scoops to fill divots.
- Grounds leaders will provide employees with direction on which holes to focus on each day.
Benefits:
- We will provide uniforms if desired, otherwise appropriate golf attire is ok. No jeans or sweatpants.

- $12-$15 starting wage
This job description serves as a general overview of the job duties that this position requires. This is a new position that we are looking at implementing into our grounds department. We need your help fine tuning the job and finding ways to improve. We are flexible with how little or much you desire to work. We do not want one individual working alone. We are hoping this can turn into an enjoyable morning filling divots with other individuals with some good conversation.
