Job Summary
Assist the department with projects in the area of student registration, engagement, student recruitment/retention, collecting data, entering data and provide general support to ELL staff.
Essential Functions
Provide clerical/administrative support to the department with student engagement, outreach, registration, retention, and student information.
Assist with collecting data, documenting processes, editing, creating visual content, and data calculation.
Assist Site Director, faculty, and students in identified projects.

Required Qualifications
Associate degree.
Two years of related experience in an educational setting.
Strong communication skills.
Experience in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to navigate database management systems.
Ability to plan, organize, and manage time effectively.
Demonstrate ability to establish and maintain a professional working relationship with a wide variety of individuals coming from varied backgrounds.
Must be fluent in Spanish
Must be able to work evening hours (4pm – 8pm, Tues – Thurs).
Two years of related experience in an educational setting.
