Compensation: $16 – $19 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts (Monday–Friday, 40 hours)

Key Responsibilities

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the full machining process, including:

• Machine Operation: Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform drilling, grinding, and milling operations.
• Quality Control: Supervise machine performance and inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet specifications.
• Material Handling: Prepare, load, and secure raw materials onto machines.
• Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings; use measuring devices as needed.
• Teamwork: Maintain a strong attention to detail and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Requirements

• Ability to lift: 50 lbs occasionally, 25 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs consistently.
• Must be able to pass a national background check and drug test.

Experience: CNC machining experience is preferred. However, mechanically inclined candidates with prior machine operating experience will be considered and can be trained.
