This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist at DeRosa Physical Therapy NJ in Linwood, NJ. The Physical Therapist will assess and treat patients, develop personalized rehabilitation plans, and monitor patient progress. Responsibilities include providing hands-on therapy, educating patients on continued care, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The role involves working directly with patients to improve their mobility, alleviate pain, and enhance overall quality of life.
- Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation methods
- Experience with Patient Care, including treatment planning and progress evaluation
- Knowledge of Home Care and its integration into recovery plans
- Strong understanding of Medicine as it relates to physical therapy
- Empathy, excellent communication skills, and ability to build rapport with patients
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of New Jersey
- Experience in an outpatient setting is a plus
- CPR certification preferred
