Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist Assistant in Linwood, NJ. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will support licensed physical therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans, assist patients with rehabilitation exercises, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. Additional responsibilities may include documenting patient progress, maintaining treatment areas, and communicating effectively with patients and team members to support their recovery journey.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Physical Therapy techniques and assisting with patient rehabilitation
- Ability to deliver Quality Patient Care with a focus on patient comfort and recovery
- Experience or knowledge in Orthopedics and understanding of related treatments
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- State licensure or certification in New Jersey (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
- Previous experience in an outpatient or clinical setting is a plus
