DermCare Management a physician practice management leader in dermatology, plastic surgery, and aesthetic medicine is seeking a Marketing Director to lead brand strategy, growth marketing, and team development across a portfolio of over 45 dermatology, plastic surgery and medspa brands. This role requires a dynamic leader with healthcare marketing experience, ideally within aesthetics or cosmetic dermatology, combined with deep expertise in social media advertising, influencer partnerships, and cross-functional team management. The ideal candidate is both a visionary and an operator, capable of shaping brand perception, driving patient acquisition, and optimizing multi-location campaigns with direct insight into marketing budgets and performance metrics.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to expand DermCare’s market share across Florida, Texas, Virginia, North Carolina, and California.
- Leverage data analytics and consumer intelligence to identify new market opportunities and optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to guide annual and quarterly marketing planning, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and regional priorities.
- Execute demand generation programs that grow patient volume, drive lead quality, and increase brand lifetime value.
- Maintain visibility into brand-level and channel-specific marketing budgets in partnership with the VP of Marketing.
- Track performance across paid and organic channels, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on campaign effectiveness.
Social Media & Influencer Leadership
- Drive both paid and organic social strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Lead and scale an influencer marketing program—from sourcing and contracting to activation and ROI tracking.
- Implement creative, conversion-oriented content campaigns to drive engagement and patient acquisition in both aesthetic and clinical verticals.
Brand Strategy & Creative Execution
- Create and manage quarterly brand marketing calendars across DermCare’s multi-brand portfolio.
- Ensure consistent messaging and storytelling that supports each practice's identity and reflects current trends in aesthetics and skincare.
- Spearhead campaign launches for seasonal promotions, physician onboarding, new services, and community events.
Team Leadership & Vendor Oversight
- Oversee relationships with creative agencies, paid media vendors, and influencer platforms.
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding of new marketing hires and freelancers as the department scales.
Partnerships & Channel Development
- Develop strategic partnerships with brands in lifestyle, hospitality, beauty, and wellness sectors to enhance brand visibility.
- Identify and explore new channel opportunities, such as affiliate marketing, podcast sponsorships, or SMS engagement tools.
- Collaborate with internal operations, product, and customer experience teams to improve audience retention and service adoption.
- 4 years in consumer healthcare, dermatology, or aesthetics marketing, including 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in social media advertising, influencer strategy, and multi-location brand management.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, media planning, and marketing ROI analytics.
- High proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Active Campaign, Mailchimp, Zapier, TikTok, Shopify, and CRM platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage agency relationships, and execute complex campaign roadmaps.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or Communications; master’s degree a plus.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant marketing practices and legal considerations in medical advertising.
- Experience with reputation management, physician branding, and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Background in multi-brand or franchise environments is highly valuable.
