The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic, beauty-focused professional to join our luxury spa network. As a Traveling Sales Manager, you will support different spa locations nationwide, helping each team drive sales and create exceptional client experiences. This is a hands-on, results-oriented role designed for someone who loves travel, high-ticket sales, and working in elegant, luxurious environments.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Engage with clients and provide guidance on premium skincare and aesthetic treatments.

Drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling high-value services and packages.

Collaborate with local spa teams, including estheticians, nurses, sales supervisors, and front desk staff, to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.

Travel between assigned locations as needed, maintaining high performance and professionalism.

Share feedback and best practices to help teams improve client engagement and sales results.
Who You Are:

Experienced in high-ticket sales or consultative selling, preferably in beauty or luxury services.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and client-facing skills.

Flexible and comfortable with frequent travel and adapting to new teams.

Valid driver’s license required.
