Key Responsibilities
Present and sell luxury spa treatments and skincare memberships to new and returning guests
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals and targets
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent service and professional recommendations
Lead the sales team with motivation and clear performance objectives
Track daily sales performance and identify areas for improvement
Work closely with spa management to develop and implement promotional strategies
Stay updated on current skincare and wellness trends to enhance sales presentations
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (spa, beauty, wellness, or hospitality preferred)
Excellent verbal communication and client engagement skills
