Dermatology for Animals is looking for a full-time Veterinary Assistant to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in Liberty Lake, WA. Four, 10-hour shifts. No Weekends!

About You

You’ll play an important role in pets’ lives by helping deliver advanced dermatology care for patients managing chronic skin and ear conditions. Your life-changing work will range from the hands-on care of assisting with diagnostics, treatments and procedures, to support services including patient preparation, client communication, and coordinating care throughout each visit.

Your Experience & Skills 

·          Minimum 1 year of clinical veterinary experience as a Veterinary Assistant (direct patient care)

·          Reception experience, including client communication, emails and scheduling preferred 

·          Basic computer literacy

·          Possesses a positive work attitude

·          Self-motivated

·          Excellent communication and organization skills

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and credentials, with an expected starting range of $18 – $20 / hour. The actual compensation will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
