Role Overview
As our CSR Appointment Setter, you’re the first impression of Derheim Painting — answering inbound calls, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for our sales team. You’ll also make outbound calls to past clients and cold leads, helping keep our sales calendar full and our pipeline organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls within 30 seconds and convert them into booked appointments.
- Make 50 outbound calls daily to warm and cold leads.
- Manage follow-ups and move every lead through the Go High Level (GHL) pipeline.
- Track metrics — set rate, booking rate, and follow-up success.
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and ensure no lead is ever lost or forgotten.
- Communicate daily with the sales team to confirm appointments, cancellations, and updates.
- Represent Derheim Painting with professionalism and a smile in every conversation.
Outcomes & Success Metrics
- Set Rate: ≥ 70% of inbound calls result in booked appointments.
- Booking Rate: ≥ 60% of scheduled appointments completed.
- Outbound Activity: 50 outbound calls daily with consistent follow-ups.
- CRM Accuracy: 100% of leads properly tagged and tracked.
- Customer Experience: Positive tone, fast response, 5-star communication.
