DEREK LAM - Pattern Maker
Location: New York, NY (Onsite)
We’re looking for an experienced Pattern Maker to join our product development team, working on women’s advanced contemporary apparel.
Responsibility
- Develop patterns from sketches, tech packs, and design direction, from first pattern through production
- Create and refine blocks and slopers for consistent fit across the line
- Work closely with design, product development, and sourcing to translate design intent into well-constructed, well-fitting garments
Qualifications
- 10-12 years of pattern making experience in women’s advanced contemporary or a comparable market
- Strong technical knowledge of garment construction and fit, including woven and knit fabrications
- Proficiency in Lectra (Modaris) is required
- Excellent attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to work onsite in our New York office
Salary : 100K-120K
