The Gift Shop assistants play a key role in setting the tone for exceptional service, as they are often the first interaction our guests have with us. - Greet & assist guests with purchases, product questions, and gift selection
- Operate the POS/register accurately and efficiently
- Restock merchandise and maintain clean, organized displays
- Assist with inventory management
- Provide friendly and patient customer service to all guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and entrance areas
- Support the theatre's lobby operations as needed during show times and communicate issues in the lobby with the management team
- Prior experience in retail or customer service
- Must be available to work Saturdays from 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to remain calm and organized during high-volume service periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Must be available for matinee and evening shifts throughout the week
- Able to lift 30 lb, stand for extended periods, walk, and bend
