The Dishwasher plays a key role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are cleaned and sanitized efficiently. - Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area and assist with general kitchen cleaning as needed.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment in accordance with standards.
- Remove trash to help maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and back-of-house areas.
- Assist with food prep or kitchen setup when needed.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations during meal service.
- Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and teamwork.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, which are our primary show times.
