A skilled nursing facility in New Jersey is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist with prior front desk or office experience. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
Greet visitors, candidates, and guests
Answer phones & direct calls appropriately
Provide general facility information (address, directions, fax numbers, website, etc.)
Manage conference room calendars
Receive, sort & forward incoming mail
Coordinate express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
Order, receive, stock & distribute office supplies
Perform clerical tasks: photocopying, faxing, filing, collating
Requirements:
Front desk/administrative/office experience
High School Diploma
Strong communication skills
Solid computer skills
Positive, upbeat attitude; able to work efficiently
