Schedule: Full-Time of 40 hours per week | Monday–Friday, Clinic hours are 6:30 AM – 5:15 PM | Flexible scheduled hours, no weekends, no travel
Compensation: $19-$22/per hour

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for coordinating patient evaluations and on-going sessions, last minute reschedules, and any changes that arise throughout the day in a timely and efficient manner. This role ensures optimal patient flow and supports the clinical staff by maintaining an organized scheduling system. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Schedule evaluations across services, on-going sessions, last minute reschedules, modify sessions for naps and other unanticipated events that occur throughout the day according to clinician availability and patient needs.
- Communicate with patients regarding evaluation times, on-going session schedule and any planned schedule changes
- Collaborate with applicable clinical leadership to ensure accurate and efficient scheduling.
- Handle incoming calls/emails and respond to scheduling inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Reschedule and cancel appointments as needed, notifying all necessary parties.
- Confirm appointments via phone, text, or patient portals.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
What We’re Looking For
- 1 years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
- 1 years’ experience with scheduling software or call center systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive, friendly personality
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Medical terminology knowledge, preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) a plus
