Position Summary


Ability360 is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to serve as our EVV Scheduling Coordinator. This is a critical role that ensures our compliance with the AHCCCS Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Policy. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the integrity of our EVV data, exercising independent judgment to resolve complex scheduling and payroll discrepancies, and proactively implementing solutions to prevent fraud and service disruptions. This position acts as the primary point of contact for caregivers, consumers, and internal teams, requiring a high degree of autonomy and exceptional problem-solving skills to manage a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


 Core Responsibilities



  •  Data and Compliance Management: Independently monitor, review, and verify all employee EVV data to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations. Proactively identify and flag potential discrepancies, fraudulent activity, or systemic issues.

  • Discrepancy Resolution and Problem-Solving: Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complex scheduling and payroll discrepancies. Analyze root causes of issues and exercise independent judgment to develop and implement effective solutions, communicating the best approach to all relevant parties.

  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Director of Business Operations and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving scheduling processes and EVV software utilization. Your input will be crucial in developing and implementing new workflows to enhance efficiency and compliance.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Manage all communications with caregivers, consumers, and internal staff regarding scheduling changes and service interruptions, ensuring a high level of professional and customer-centric service.

  • Record and Audit Maintenance: Maintain meticulous and auditable records of schedule changes, visit adjustments, and all communications related to discrepancies and resolutions.

  • Policy and Training: Stay up-to-date on all AHCCCS EVV policies and procedures through ongoing training, and serve as a knowledge resource for other team members.


Qualifications and Experience



  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a role requiring administrative support, scheduling, or payroll management.

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a demonstrated capacity to exercise discretion and independent judgment.

  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

  • Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), and a working knowledge of EVV or similar scheduling software.


 Position Details



  •  Position Type: Full-time, Exempt, Salaried

  • Work Environment: This is an in-office position requiring significant computer work. The work environment can be fast-paced, requiring a collaborative and proactive approach to a high volume of tasks.

  • Work Schedule: We offer four standard shift options: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Flexibility may be needed at times, and occasional holiday work may be required.

  • Compensation: Competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and a 403(b) retirement plan with an employer match.
