Responsibilities

- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen for service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other cooking tools.
- Accommodate special dietary needs and preferences.
- Help train new kitchen staff on proper food handling techniques and safety protocols.
