Overview:
Deploy Surveillance is looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our rapidly growing team. As an SDR, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base by identifying, connecting with, and qualifying potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, and lead generation efforts to schedule product and service demos for our Mobile Surveillance Units (MSUs). Lead lists will be provided, but a successful candidate will also take initiative to source additional leads independently.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other outbound methods to generate qualified leads.
- Schedule product demos for potential customers and ensure a seamless handoff to the sales team.
- Research and identify new prospects through online tools, social media, and industry resources.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and activities in the CRM (HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize messaging and campaigns based on feedback from prospects.
- Consistently meet or exceed outreach and demo scheduling targets.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Experience with cold calling and email outreach, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred).
- Ability to independently generate leads and work creatively to uncover new opportunities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
