At Badger Liquor, we're looking for a Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with chain accounts to ensure our products are well-stocked, properly merchandised, and ready for customers. Every day is different, offering the opportunity to work independently while partnering with sales teams and store personnel to drive success.

What You'll Do

• Write and merchandise orders within designated accounts.
• Merchandise products in assigned chain accounts, including stocking shelves, cold boxes, and displays.
• Build attractive displays that meet supplier and company standards.
• Maintain organized back stock and rotate date-sensitive products.
• Execute monthly merchandising programs and promotional displays.
• Communicate with store personnel, Sales Representatives, and management to resolve issues quickly.
• Assist with display resets, vacation route coverage, and special projects.
• Support promotional activities, rebates, and coupon programs.
• Complete required reports accurately and on time.
• Participate in ongoing product knowledge and business training.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of grocery, liquor, retail, merchandising, sales, or distribution experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, evenings, weekends, or holidays as business needs require.
