What are the responsibilities and job description for the Drivers Class A Home Weekly position at Dependable Transport?
Steady Regional Work for CDL-A Drivers Near Anderson, SC
If you’re a CDL-A driver living within 100 miles of Anderson, South Carolina, and you’re looking for a lane that feels organized instead of chaotic, this is the kind of operation drivers usually stay on.
A Dependable Transports is bringing on drivers for a Southeast regional account hauling containerized freight. The lanes are familiar, the freight is consistent, and the schedule is built so drivers know what their weeks look like not guessing load to load.
This operation runs primarily through South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, and nearby Southeast states. No nationwide bouncing, no coast-to-coast runs—just a defined regional footprint that allows drivers to settle into a routine.
What Your Week Looks Like
Most drivers handle 1–2 loads per day, averaging 300–500 miles daily. Freight is preplanned, which helps with time management and keeps unnecessary waiting to a minimum. Typical workdays fall within a 10–12 hour window, depending on distance and appointment times.
Pickups are scheduled, equipment is ready, and the focus stays on keeping drivers moving efficiently.
Home Time
Drivers on this account are home every week for 34–48 hour resets. Home time is consistent and predictable, making it easier to plan personal time without long stretches away from home.
