Key Responsibilities
Deliver compassionate, individualized patient care.
Conduct assessments and implement personalized care plans.
Administer medications and monitor patient health.
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with families and healthcare teams.

Qualifications
Active RN or LPN License (Arizona or Compact).
Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation and auto insurance.
BLS Certification (in-person required).
Current TB test.
State-required Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Article 9 Training (provided during onboarding).
