Your Role as a DCW
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Encourage independence and support individuals in reaching personal goals
- Provide companionship and build meaningful relationships
- Accurately document care provided and report any changes in condition
- Follow all policies and procedures to ensure high standards of care
What You’ll Need
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before working with a client)
- Valid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Reliable transportation to various client locations (non-driving agency)
- Previous experience is a plus, but training is provided
