What You'll Do:
Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
Manage pain and symptoms with expertise and empathy
Create individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team
Communicate clearly with families and caregivers, offering education and emotional support
Keep accurate, timely documentation
Participate in shared on-call responsibilities for continuous patient care
What You Bring:
Current RN license in Arizona
Minimum 1 year of experience (hospice or palliative care strongly preferred)
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
CPR certification and valid driver’s license
Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance
Compassionate demeanor and strong clinical judgment
Comfort with independent work and team collaboration
